The Shoe Village wishes to provide their customers with the most convenient experience; during check-out you may choose the option to pick-up your purchase in store.

To pick-up your purchased item you must bring some form of government-issued picture identification to the store chosen at check-out. You may also be asked to present the card that you made the purchase with at checkout. Please be aware that product will only be released to you personally. Customers will have 30 days to collect their items from the date of purchase.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2.30pm are eligible for same day pickup. Order placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be fufilled Monday morning. 

Should a Freeport customer wish to pick-up their purchase in store, they may do so free of charge by choosing "Freeport - pick up RND Plaza" as the subdivision at checkout. However standard next-day delivery is not always possible, it may take up to a week before the product is available for pick-up. Orders placed by 11.59pm Sunday will be available for collection the following Friday.
