The Shoe Village wishes to provide their customers with the most convenient experience; during check-out you may choose the option to pick-up your purchase in store.

To pick-up your purchased item you must bring some form of government-issued picture identification to the store chosen at check-out. Please be aware that product will only be released to you personally. Customers will have 30 days to collect their items from the date of purchase.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2.30pm are eligible for same day pickup. Order placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be fufilled Monday morning. 

Should a Freeport customer wish to pick-up their purchase in store, they may do so free of charge by choosing "Freeport - pick up RND Plaza" as the subdivision at checkout. However standard next-day delivery is not always possible, it may take up to a week before the product is available for pick-up. Orders placed by 11.59pm Sunday will be available for collection the following Friday.
